A V Grooving Machine is essential for producing high-quality rigid boxes, gift boxes, and luxury packaging. It creates precise V-shaped grooves in cardboard, MDF, and other boards. These grooves allow for clean, sharp, and accurate folds, resulting in a professional finish with crisp edges, which significantly enhances the final product's appearance and structural integrity.

We prioritize precision. Our semi-automatic PC-1200 model delivers reliable, consistent grooves. Our advanced automatic PC-1200S model achieves a high precision level of ±0.05-0.1mm, ensuring perfect fold lines crucial for luxury packaging. The automatic feeding system with self-correction further guarantees this accuracy.
The PC-1200 Semi-Automatic model is a robust, cost-effective solution perfect for workshops with lower to medium volume or varied batch sizes. It offers excellent precision and comes with 8 pairs of spare knives.
The PC-1200S Automatic model is designed for higher-volume production. It features an automatic marble gravity feeding system for faster, more consistent material handling, can create up to 12 slots at once, and offers higher working speed (25-50 M/min) with exceptional accuracy (±0.05-0.1mm). It also includes 12 pairs of spare knives.
Our machines are designed to handle a wide range of materials commonly used in premium packaging, including ash cardboard, grey board, copperplate paperboard, glossy paper, mounted cardboard, and MDF board.
